Before filling out the Wedding Ceremony Form, kindly ensure you read the Wedding Guidelines carefully. It contains all the details required for having a wedding ceremony at House of Praise including costs, ceremony outlines, etc. All contracts must be filled and submitted to the Church Office at least 2 weeks before the wedding ceremony.
